May 24 – Team Building
This hands-on workshop explores team dynamics, psychological safety, and practical tools to lead with credibility. Learn strategies for team formation, strengths-based collaboration, and managing dysfunction to foster inclusive, productive environments and become a more effective team member and leader.

June 7 – Conflict Resolution
Conflict exists in all domains of our lives and knowing how to manage conflict will support your success. This hands-on workshop will ask participants to understand their style of conflict resolution. Identify sources of conflicts, patterns, and triggers that escalate conflict. Learn conflict resolution skills and tips to manage conflict. â€

We are so pleased to welcome our Engineering students to the new Sexton Leaders Program. 

Here you will learn more about the  professional skills of human management through a series of interactive workshops, networking opportunities, and a practicum all designed to better your leadership skills.

Students will participate in a series of workshops including Team Building, Team Management, Communication, Conflict Resolution, and Professionalism. The final component to the Program will be the completion of a practicum.
