Brief Biography
In addition to a B.A., J.D., LL.B., and LL.M. in International Law, Dr. Natalie A. Ghosn, Esq. holds a Ph.D. in International Studies from the University of Miami. She has been an attorney with the Florida Bar since 2010, specializing in international criminal law and an academic in Nova Scotia at Â鶹´«Ã½, Acadia University and Saint Mary's University teaching in the fields of political science and law, justice and society.

Dr. Ghosn has interned in the legal department of the Florida Campaign for Change Headquarters for President Obama as well as at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague, The Netherlands among other international work experiences.

Dr. Ghosn recently published two books. The first is titled Religion, Law and Dispute Resolution in Canada and the USA: Case Studies of Islam and Judaism (Palgrave MacMillan, 2024). This work examines the impacts of the community-based practice of law in minority religious communities and the role of religious leadership in Canada and the USA along with its implications for immigrant integration.

The second book, an edited volume, is titled The Fragility of the Lebanese State (Lexington Books, 2024). This work is about Lebanese politics from the Beirut Blast of 2020 through 2024. It focuses primarily on the implications of failed states for regional security and the role of economic collapse and judicial corruption in that regard.
