A Licence Agreement is used to conduct technology transfer and commercialization in instances where Â鶹´«Ã½ has taken responsibility for IP through an Intellectual Property Transfer Agreement with the Dal inventor team. A License Agreement is required when a researcher has already invented software, materials, or techniques and assigned the technology to Â鶹´«Ã½, and a company wants to incorporate it into its product line, systems, or processes.ÌýThis agreement issues an industry partner a license to use that technology under negotiated terms & conditions.Ìý
