鶹ý offers employers access to , a centralized online recruitment system that integrates all career and co-op offices on campus. It is quick, easy, and free for employers to use.
It allows you to connect with our pool of talent by:
- Posting jobs on campus
- Tracking and reviewing applications
- Booking campus information sessions and networking events
- Learning more about 鶹ý events and government funding opportunities
Set up your account
- վ
- Select "Employer Registration."
- Fill in profile details (those marked with an asterisk are required fields).
- Select your primary recruitment target. (This selection only determines which unit will review and make your account available; you are welcome to recruit from any unit available through myCareer.)
- Once you’ve created your profile, you will receive an email notifying you that your account request has been sent for approval. Once approval has been granted, you will receive a second email indicating that your account is ready to be used.
Post a job
- Log into with your username and password.
- Select the blue “Post a New Job” button from the top menu.
- Select whether you are hiring for:
- (Non co-op jobs) full-time/part-time/summer/volunteer/intern/casual
- Science, IT and Engineering Co-op jobs
- Management Co-op – Internship jobs - Carefully read and accept our Terms And Conditions
- Remove any contact details you do not wish to show on the job posting. We ask that you leave your name and title so that students can address their cover letters.
- Complete the job posting form, entering the job detail to the available fields, and submit.
myCareer generates automatic email notifications to students when aspects of your posting match a student's identified preferences (e.g. position type, geographic location, employment sector, etc.).
Consider requesting a CCR from your applicants
All 鶹ý students have the option to create a Co-Curricular Record. This official document, showcases their community engagement. This includes their volunteer work, on-campus employment, service leadership, varsity membership and awards. Our team validates their involvement so that employers and community members will recognize our students’ achievements.
