Â鶹´«Ã½ is proud to provide the discounted Employee Bus Pass Program (XPass),Ìýwhich is a partnership between the Office of Sustainability and Halifax Transit, providing a 25% discount on all pass types.Ìý

TheÌýXPass program has two sign-up and renewal periods annually (summer and winter), andÌýmembership runs for a full year.Ìý

If you areÌýinterested in joining the program or renewing your XPass membership, complete enrollment during May to receive your pass for July, the summer enrolment period.

CurrentÌýXPass Holders with June 2024 Expiration

• All current pass holders expiring in June 2024 must completeÌýa renewal form []Ìýand email it toÌýebuspass@dal.caÌýto receive a new sticker for their pass to be valid until June 2025.Ìý
• Registration is open fromÌýMay 1 to May 31. If we do not receive your renewal form by May 31, 2024, you will be removed from the program and be unable to receive a sticker for the upcoming year.Ìý

Eligibility

• To be eligible to take part in this program you must be a Â鶹´«Ã½ permanent employee (full-time and part-time), full-time grant paid, post-docs, or an associated employee.Ìý
• No casual employees will be able toÌýparticipate.ÌýAll employees must be paid directly through the Â鶹´«Ã½ payroll and be employed until the end of June 2025. Ìý

Leaving the Program

• Current XPass holders who no longer wish to participate for the July 2024/2025 calendar year will be able toÌýopt-out by providing written notice toÌýebuspass@dal.ca
