As you finalize your budgets for 2024-25, please remember to include office printer lease expense in 7105 (if applicable) as per previous emails and notices outlining this new chargeback to departments, faculties and units through monthly upload.

The complete fee structure is as follows:
- Lease expense (quarterly chargeback at cost to xxxxx-7105 - depends on the model)
- Device management fee of $15/month (quarterly chargeback at $45 - combined with lease expense)
- Cost per copy (monthly chargeback to xxxxx-8613 – 1.38 cents for b/w and 8 cents for color - can vary depending on the model and with new device agreements)
If you have a Konica Minolta office printer in your area and you don’t have the lease expense for your budget, please contact office.printers@dal.ca
