To access the forms, click onÌýTaxesÌý³Ü²Ô»å±ð°ùÌýEmployee Dashboard, and thenÌýSlips for Income Tax Return.

Use the drop-down menu to access and print your forms.

Please note:

• If you are unable toÌýview your T4/T4A you may have a pop-up blocker on.
• You may also have more than one T4/T4A if, for example, you changed your status from temporary to regular.
