HR has launched a new DPMG handbook for its members.

The handbook is available online at https://cdn.dal.ca/content/dam/dalhousie/pdf/dept/hr/Employee-Relations/DPMG-Handbook-2021.pdf

The new handbook includes a number of updates and changes based on feedback received from members. A few highlights include:

• An easier to navigate format, including a clickable table of contents and hyperlinks throughout the handbook. The document was designed to be used primarily in digital format.
• A new streamlined approach to overload and acting pay language.
• A new exceptional service payment for recognizing employees who are at the top of the scale and have demonstrated sustained excellence in their roles.
