Our thrilling final concert begins with a movement from Mendelssohn’s jovial Octet in E-Flat major, written when he was only 16 years old, featuring select string students from the Fountain School.  Inspired by an unrequited love, Faure’s Piano Quartet in C minor is one of his most beloved chamber works and clears a path to Dvorak’s monumentalPiano Quintet in A major. Â
Performers:Â Leonardo Perez, Peter Allen, Ara Gregorian, Rachel Desoer and Jennifer Jones.
Student Performers: Alison Enriquez, Jacob MacDonald, Natasha Abreu Lopez and Tasman Tantasawat
