The program focuses on the skills and capabilities development to lead, collaborate and innovate in academia. Details concerning the program are as follows:

Six full-day sessions with leadership challenge projects to apply your learning. Course days are scheduled at one to two-week intervals starting Friday, April 3, 2020 and ending June 15th, 2020.
Courses are delivered by senior Â鶹´«Ã½ Executive Education instructors and include:

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Leading Change in Complexity – April 9
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Evidence Based and Strategic Decision Making – April 17
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Collaboration, Leading Teams and Innovation – May 1
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Intercultural Communication and Stakeholder Management – May 15
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Performance Management and Strategic Financial Management – May 28
Presentations and Graduation – Half day on June 15
Program starts April 3rd, 2020. All courses will be delivered in the Centre for Executive and Graduate Education, Kenneth C. Rowe Management Bldg., Â鶹´«Ã½.
The cost of the program is $1,950.Ìý For Faculty funding, please consult with your Dean.
