Facilities Management would like to remind all users about preparing letters to be postage stamped. Anything in a regular, non-padded envelope is put through a postage machine. Earlier this week an iron ring in an envelope went through the machine causing damage.  Please remember that if you are mailing anything other than paper, to use padded envelopes.
