Congratulations to David Packer, the winner of this year's Â鶹´«Ã½ United Way 50/50 draw. David, based in Â鶹´«Ã½'s College of Continuing Education, won $1,416.75 and generously donated half of his winnings back to the United Way. Thank you, David!
