Â鶹´«Ã½ School of Nursing is seeking an outstanding academic for a full-time, 2-Year limited-term position at the rank of Lecturer or Assistant Professor.Ìý The anticipated start date for the position is July 1, 2018, or as soon as possible thereafter.Ìý All appointments are subject to final budgetary approval.

At the time of appointment, the successful candidate must a hold a minimum of a Master’s degree in a health related discipline, and have demonstrated a commitment to developing excellence in their teaching and practice. Self-directedness and the ability to work collaboratively in a team teaching environment is essential. Preference will be given to those with a PhD in a health related discipline.

The primary responsibilities of the successful candidate will include teaching of undergraduate and/or graduate students and contributing to service of the School.Ìý Of particular interest are candidates with expertise in Primary Health Care / Public Health Care / Population Health. As well, a background in some combination of leadership, knowledge mobilization, diversity and inclusiveness in healthcare, interprofessional education and distance and context-based learning, and/or clinical simulation learning would be assets.
