For the month of February a Skillsoft Online video will be featured each week that is linked to the of Accountability for Performance and Results.

The 30 minute video discusses the traits of accountability and what it means to be responsible vs taking responsibility. For those that manage others the information on clarifying expectations and leading accountable teamwork will be of interest.
