Developing the Competency of Respect and Inclusion

Respect and Inclusion is one of . It is described as 鈥減romoting respect and inclusion by working successfully with a wide variety of people and encouraging participation and involvement鈥�. Each competency defines specific behaviours at three levels: self, team and organization.

This week鈥檚 focus is on a on a self-behaviour described as:
