Monday ~ Valley Spud  Soup ~ Special  = Chili finished with a sprinkling of cheddar and nachos

Tuesday ~ Hot and Sour Soup with Tofu ~   Special = Sweet Potato and Black Bean Enchilada with a side of greens

Wednesday ~ Heart Beet  Soup finished with a dollop of sour cream ~ Special = Macau Noodles ~ steaming chicken ginger soup  , house made pork dumplings and ramen noodles

Thursday ~ Minestrone Soup~ Special = Salmon and fresh Dill tossed in a light lemon creamy sauce on a bed of fettuccine
