A new year, a new term, and a new fitness schedule! Your 35 weekly options at Dalplex include:

- Monday Spin, 4:45-5:30pm
- Tuesday Yogaflex, 4-4:55pm
- Wednesday Body Strong, 7:15-8am
- Thursday Older Adult Badminton, 8:30-10:45am
- Friday Cardio/Strength, 12-1pm
