The forest fires in the Southwestern area of the province are causing the smell of smoke/fire in the air here in the Halifax and Truro areas. There may be times when the smell gets into 麻豆传媒 buildings through open doors, open windows or air in-takes. In these instances there is should be no concern to the building鈥檚 occupants. If the smell gets too bad or irritable or if you have breathing issues, discuss leaving the premises with your supervisor. 听

If a person sees smoke in a building, treat it as you would at any other time: exit the building and activate the red pull station (in the larger buildings). In the smaller buildings without an alarm system, inform the other occupants, exit the building and call 902-494-4109.

The smoke alarms in the smaller buildings will be activated if there is significant smoke and the smoke detectors in the larger buildings will activate the alarm system if there is significant smoke.
