Monday ~ Sweet potato and valley apple Soup ~ Special = Haddock in a lemon, white wine parsley sauce with UClub rice
Tuesday ~ White bean & pesto Soup ~ Special = Moroccan spiced lentil , kale & tomato cassoulet
Wednesday ~ Chicken with wild rice Soup ~ Special = sliced Roast beef with spicy sriracha mayo on French bread
Thursday~ Corn chowder ~ Special ~ Rigatoni tossed with scallops and roasted vegetables in a tarragon cream sauce
Friday ~ Sweet and Sour Chicken on UClub rice and Deep Fried Haddock and chipsÂ
