When viewing your T4/T4A, ensure your pop up blockers are turned off so that you can open the PDF. Popup blockers can be turned off in either the Tools or Options menu depending on the browser in use.

How to remove pop-up blockers from different browsers

Internet Explorer

• Click the Tools button
• Click Internet Options.
• On the Privacy tab, under Pop-up Blocker, clear the 鈥淭urn on Pop-up Blocker鈥� check box and then click OK.
• When you have your tax form check the box to turn the pop-up blocker back on.

Firefox

• Click the menu button located in the far right corner and choose Options (Preferences on Mac).
• Select the Content tab
• Uncheck the 鈥淏lock pop-up windows鈥� option
• When you have your tax form check the box to turn the pop-up blocker back on.

Google Chrome

• In the top-right corner, click the Chrome menu.
• Click Settings.
• Click Show Advanced Settings at the bottom of the screen.
• Under Privacy, click Content Settings.
• Scroll down and under Pop-ups, select 鈥淎llow all sites to show pop-ups鈥�.
• When you have your tax form select 鈥淒o not allow any site to show pop-ups鈥�.

Safari

• In the top left, select "Safari," then select "Preferences" from the drop down menu
• The preferences pane will open and select "Security" on the top row
• Uncheck the the "Block pop-up windows" box.
• When you have your tax form check the "Block pop-up windows" box.
