Understanding Substance Use is a research project underway by Dr. Niki Kiepek and Dr. Brenda Beagan at the School of Occupational Therapy. The intent is to understand how substances (ranging from caffeine, to pain medications, to cocaine) both enhance and impair performance of activities and quality of experience. One study focusses on professionals and students in professional programs. More information can be found on the project website:
