Planning on getting the flu vaccine this year?

We are doing a study to find out how often side effects occur after a flu shot.

We are asking you to complete an online survey about any side effects you or your child may have after getting the flu shot (it's very short).

Anyone who is getting the flu shot this year may take part in the study.
