In response to interest in continuing supportive conversations and resource sharing in the area of caregiving, a group discussion is scheduled to provide space and time to share, connect, and rejuvenate, with emphasis on adult/elder caregiving. The meeting will take place on October 28, 2015, 12:00-1:00 p.m., in Room 3207, 3rd floor, of the Mona Campbell Building.

The stresses and challenges of caring for others are numerous and can take their toll, affecting the caregiver and the one receiving care, as well as the caregiver's family, friends and workplace. Come share your experiences and feel the support of others who know what it's like. The discussion will be led by Janice MacInnis, Manager of Organizational Health, a caregiver herself. Janice will share her learnings from participating in the Conference Board of Canada's program on caregiving in the workplace.
