POSITION: Part-time Academic; Invertebrate Biology (Biology/Marine Biology 3301); January 1, to April 30, 2016 (2nd position)

DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: Biology

PAY RATE: $4,565.50-$5,583.00

WORK ASSIGNMENT: The instructor is responsible for lectures, and coordinating and delivering the laboratory component of the class; assisting students on an individual basis; general administration of the classes (handling student issues, submitting grades, etc.); invigilating tests and examinations. The position reports to the Chair of the Department.

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: The applicants will have an advanced degree in biology. Previous, recent teaching experience (classroom and or laboratory) in the related discipline would be a definite asset. First time applicants must provide the names of two referees.
