We are inviting you to participate in our focus group about people’s knowledge and attitudes toward a fact sheet that has been developed to address pain during adult vaccine injections. Some research has been carried out around reducing pain during immunizations, but limited research has been completed to introduce the effective strategies into practice. We have developed a pain fact sheet that is designed to educate patients about strategies they can use to reduce pain during their immunizations.
We need your help to test this fact sheet and provide feedback before it is used by patients. If you are interested in participating or learning more about the study please contact Kathryn Cull, Principal Investigator, at Kathryn.cull@dal.ca or 902-476-6286. The focus group will take approximately one hour of your time and you will be compensated for your time.
