As city crews work to clear snow in the streets surrounding Â鶹´«Ã½, the university will be opening up its Dalplex and Hancock (corner of Oxford Street and Coburg Road) to overnight parking. The public may park for free in either lot between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. until the morning of Monday, March 30.
