Rise and Shine Yoga, 7-8 am, Studley Dance Studio
A great way to kindly wake up the body and digestive system. Come stretch, strengthen and center yourself with a slow flow class taught by Asha Katz. Asha has been practicing yoga since childhood and was certified in Vinyasa Flow with Yoga London in 2011. She aims to make her classes accessible and enjoyable for all levels and abilities.
Foam Rolling Release, 12:05-1pm, Studley Dance Studio
Foam rolling can help prevent injuries, increase flexibility and reduce painful, tight spots. This class will teach you how to apply your own body weight to massage away muscular tension in a simple, fun series of rolling exercises. Rollers and tennis balls will be provided to use in this class taught by trainer Anne Falconer, who has a keen interest in rolling as a tool in the life long journey of fitness.
Live Well Yoga, 8:30-9:30pm, Studley Dance Studio
Explore postures and breath through yoga movement and poses that will provide a foundation from which to stretch, grow and learn. This class is taught by Allison Aho, a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and Â鶹´«Ã½ law student, and will aim to help Dal students alleviate stress during the academic term. Please bring your own mat. Suitable for all levels.

Pilates (REGISTRATION FILLED)
HIIT Boot Camp, 6-7pm in the Dalplex Personal Training Studio
Challenge yourself to a workout where we focus on pushing your limits while having fun and getting results. This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class will consist of short intervals using a variety of exercises and equipment: kettlebells, medicine balls, tractor tires, battling ropes, etc. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Early Bird Boot Camp, 6:15-7:15 am, Meet in Dalplex Fieldhouse
All skill levels welcome! Jump start your day with NSCA certified trainer Suzanne Morgan and challenge yourself with a total body workout that will improve your strength, endurance, agility and balance!

Sunday, September 21
Vinyasa Flow yoga, 1-2 pm, Studley Dance Studio
To end off "Try It Week," Dalplex is offering a free Vinyasa Flow yoga class this Sunday at 1pm in the Studley Dance Studio. This all-levels class focuses on the connection between breathing and movement. Expand your yoga practice along with your strength and flexibility by working through various postures all connected with Vinyasas. Have fun, find stillness, stretch and remember to breathe! This class is taught by Allison Aho, a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and Â鶹´«Ã½ law student. Please bring your own mat. Suitable for all levels.
