Less screen time, more play
A recent study published in found that a large majority of preschoolers are getting far too much screen time and that it’s negatively impacting their brain development. Dr. Michelle Stone is available to discuss the importance of play and what activities parents can do with or encourage their children to do that will limit screen time.
