The 14th annual Impact Awards were held Thursday (March 27), bringing together 鶹ý students, faculty, staff, and other members of the community to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments that Dal students achieve outside of their work in the classroom.

These awards highlight student leadership in academic life, student life and community service, and residence life. The President’s Awards for the Advancement of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (EDIA), as well as the university’s Board of Governors’ Awards, were also handed out during the event.

“I am constantly impressed by the incredible role 鶹ý students play in leading meaningful changes within Dal, our broader community, and world. Winners of the Impact Awards are students who have strived to lead through service, and who have solved problems and pursued purposes that make us better as a community,” said Dr. Rick Ezekiel, vice-provost, student affairs. “My sincere thanks and congratulations go out to all of the Impact Award nominees and winners for your skillful leadership.
