CTV reporter Paul Hollingsworth reports on the announcement of a new Canada Excellence Research Chair for Â鶹´«Ã½. Chemical oceanographer Douglas Wallace will come to Â鶹´«Ã½ from the Leibniz Institute of Marine Sciences and the University of Kiel in Germany. He will lead a research team working to increase understanding of ocean changes and provide new tools for predicting them.
