Ancillary Services & Chartwells are happy to announce a new Food Service Director and a new Head Chef will be joining the Dal AC team.
The new Chartwells Food Service Director is Shawn Kumar who has worked for Chartwells in Ontario and has experience in catering, retail & universities. Shawn is onsite now.

The new Head Chef is Bernice Hollett. Bernice is a red seal chef and has worked in the culinary industry for the past 20 years. She will be starting at Dal AC July 19.
We are excited for both members to join the team!
Lunch may now be purchased in the dining hall by faculty, staff and students until August 10, 2023.
