Dr. W. Bruce Ramsay, DVM, 75, passed away peacefully at home May 11th surrounded by the love of family and friends after a lengthy, courageous struggle with COPD.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to 300 Felines, a project initiated by Dal AC AHT students to improve the lives of feral cats, SPCA or charity of your choice.
