Committee mandate

The Recruitment, Retention & Promotion of Faculty, Staff & Administrators EDI Committee will discuss issues about EDI in the area of recruitment, retention, support, opportunities and promotion of underrepresented faculty, staff and administrators.

Three key objectives

1 Design recruitment and retention strategies focused on attracting diverse faculty, staff, students, and administrators.
2 Provide additional supports on respect and inclusion.
3 Ensure our awards and honours celebrate accomplishments in an inclusive way through a review of application procedures and criteria.
